From the oldest slate quarries in Spain, opened by order of King Felipe II in 1559, we present to you our noble, exclusive natural stone with an exceptional quality, formed more than 550 million years ago: Phyllite Naturpiedra. Thanks to a metamorphism superior to that of common slates, Phyllite, harder and more compact, allows innovation in its finishes: split, brushed, sandblasted, flamed, bush hammered. It is highly prized by architects and decorators for its lead gray color and its wavy veining and is used as paving, cladding, kitchen tops, decorative stone for exterior design, ventilated facades and roofing, where it demonstrates its excellent physical-mechanical qualities due to very low porosity. For this rare and unique stone, declared a world heritage stone resource, we have an Environmental Product Declaration.
